Laura The product was great at first but then discoloured. I contacted the seller who was at first prompt in response, and they said they would send out a replacement. No replacement has yet been received, and now there is no contact from the seller. We have been left extremely disappointed, not to mention how disappointed our 80 year old recipient is.
